Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Donations

The Global Impact Welfare Foundation (GIW Foundation) is a registered non-profit Section 8 corporation. All contributions, donations, and charity gifts received are voluntarily made for philanthropic and community welfare causes including education, healthcare, and clothing relief in Delhi NCR and India.

2. Refund Eligibility

Donations once processed are generally non-refundable as they are promptly committed to ongoing ground-level relief drives. However, we consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Transaction: If an inadvertent double-deduction occurred due to a network glitch or gateway timeout.
• Incorrect Amount Entered: If an unintended amount was entered due to a typographical error during online payment.
• Unauthorized Card Usage: If a transaction was processed using fraudulent or compromised payment credentials.

3. Timeframe for Requesting a Refund

Any refund request must be made in writing within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests received beyond this period cannot be entertained as funds are allocated to welfare activities.

4. Refund Processing & Method

Upon review and approval of the refund claim, the amount will be reversed back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking account, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, in compliance with bank and payment gateway (Razorpay) timelines.
