1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and browsing the website of The Global Impact Welfare Foundation (The GIW Foundation), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement and applicable laws in India.

2. Use of Website Content

The content, images, statistics, and organizational credentials published on this website are the intellectual property of The GIW Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Voluntary Contributions & Tax Exemption

All donations made through our payment gateway (Razorpay) or direct bank transfer are voluntary philanthropic contributions for social welfare activities. As an approved Section 80G entity (URN: AAMCT8093MF20261), we issue valid electronic donation receipts upon receipt of donor PAN details.

4. Seva Squad Volunteer Program

Participation in the GIW Seva Squad is voluntary. Volunteers agree to abide by our code of conduct during on-ground distribution drives and community outreach programs in Delhi NCR.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to this website or donations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
